About the event
In this two day workshop, lead by me, Matt The Poet, we will be bringing light and life to the archetypes within us that we wish to feed! We will use Dance and Depth Psychology to integrate the archetypal qualities that we wish to embody in our daily lives!This workshop will be a creative exploration of the deepest layers of our being, bringing them to vibrant life, through Dance and Contact Improv and manifesting them mentally through a Creative Writing
Practice!

Meet each day at Joy Yoga 10-15 minutes before 11:00 am
We'll have a two hour window, from 2-4pm, to grab lunch. Notebooks will be provided for you!
